As President and CEO of Mishkau Construction, Mr. Vollant embodies stability and long-term vision. Reserved and observant, he takes the time to analyze each project from every angle before committing fully. Once a decision has been made, he becomes unwavering and devotes all his energy to the success of the plan. A former pilot and carpenter, he founded his company in 2008 and has established himself as a seasoned investor. A true patriarch of the organization, he ensures that his teams shine, and they show him unwavering loyalty in return.

An expert in evaluation, planning, and financial feasibility, Mr. Launière is the group’s strategist. He orchestrates projects with rigor and foresight. Always attentive to stakeholders—clients, partners, suppliers, employees—he tailors his proposals to ensure they are fair, sound, and predictable. With a background in economics and management, he has over 30 years of experience in business development, including 25 as an entrepreneur. His ability to see the big picture and translate ideas into concrete actions makes him a pillar of Mishkau.

Ms. Boily is Mishkau’s administrative driving force. Curious and daring, she enjoys exploring new territories to enrich the group’s practices. She manages the financial, accounting, and budgetary aspects of projects, while developing strategic tools to support growth. With a degree in business administration and a master’s degree in organizational management, she has been working as a manager and financial controller for nearly 15 years. Her rigor and adaptability make her a valuable resource at every stage.

The master of human and public relations. Professional and committed, he firmly believes that only hard work can achieve goals. Nothing is left to chance: every contact and every opportunity is carefully cultivated. A trained carpenter and joiner since 2008, he continues to hone his skills. Since 2022, he has also been responsible for Mishkau’s general and specialized contractor’s license. His rigor and interpersonal skills make him a natural ambassador for the company.

As project manager and site superintendent, Mr. Rock-Vollant is responsible for ensuring that work progresses smoothly and that teams develop their skills. Passionate and a natural leader, he surrounds himself with committed and professional people, bringing out the best in everyone to strengthen cohesion and a sense of belonging. A skilled craftsman since his early days, he has been working at the head of construction sites for over 10 years, with contagious energy and inspiring passion.
